Indian & Riesling Dinner

We invite you to explore the complex flavors of Indian cuisine and Finger Lakes Riesling. It’s no secret how well Rieslings’ delicate flavors illuminate the rich Indian spices we all love. Learn, sip, and enjoy five courses paired with different Rieslings, including selections from our extensive library of older vintages.

Our chef and winemaking team will walk you through each course with a unique combination of cultural intrigue, tasting references and a little bit of food & wine science. This dinner will be held on April 25th at 6:30pm in our historic barrel room!

Tickets are $125 per person + tax + gratuity.

Course 1: Curried Roots & Chicken, Beet Broth

After the tour, enjoy a seasonally inspired lunch in our historic barrel room featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients that highlight the brightness and abundance of the Finger Lakes growing season. Each course is thoughtfully paired with wines that showcase the region’s crisp, refreshing summer profile. This immersive experience celebrates the flavors, craftsmanship, and agricultural richness that define summer in the Finger Lakes.
