Join us as our Winemakers, Craig Hosbach and Angie Lawler & Chef Brud Holland guide us through the building blocks of food and wine pairings in our historic barrel room. Chef Brud Holland has created an enticing five-course dinner menu focused on local and delicious Autumn ingredients to highlight the abundance of the Finger Lakes. Tickets are $125 + tax/gratuity. Indian & Riesling Dinner

We invite you to explore the complex flavors of Indian cuisine and Finger Lakes Riesling. It’s no secret how well Rieslings’ delicate flavors illuminate the rich Indian spices we all love. Learn, sip, and enjoy five courses paired with different Rieslings, including selections from our extensive library of older vintages.

Our chef and winemaking team will walk you through each course with a unique combination of cultural intrigue, tasting references and a little bit of food & wine science. This dinner will be held on April 25th at 6:30pm in our historic barrel room!

Tickets are $125 per person + tax + gratuity.
