HOW IT WORKS
A few weeks before each shipment month (Feb., May., Aug., Nov.), club members receive an email in order to customize their upcoming order. Wine Club orders are fully customizable (min. of 3 bottles) but will come with our curated selection if no changes are made.
Having your wines shipped?
A discounted flat rate of $15 applies per box ordered. Our wines ship via FedEx. You must be present at the time of delivery and sign for your package per federal law. We recommend using a work address for delivery or ship to a FedEx office/Walgreens/etc. near you for pick up if you aren’t able to be home. You can also sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager .
Picking up your wines?
Your club wines (and any wines you opt to add on) will be ready for pick up after the date specified in your Wine Club email. Members can pick up when convenient or attend one of our pickup events (RSVP required).
Shipment Pricing
The cost of the quarterly shipment varies depending on selected bottles. Price is determined by the cost of the wines with 20% club discount + sales tax + flat rate $15/box shipping fee (if applicable).

COMMON WINE CLUB QUESTIONS

Fully customizable! Our winemakers select three wines by default each shipment, however you have the options to add or remove any wines you’d like!

Our Wine Club shipments are 4 times a year (quarterly). They ship out in February, May, August, and November.

There is no fee to join! Cost per shipment will vary dependent on which wines you select!

Instructions for Online Account:
Go to Club Memberships (can edit credit card, shipping address, change to pick up, and see your total for the current order here)
Click EDIT WINES - make your selections (minimum 3 bottles)
Click SAVE SELECTIONS (you should now see your selected wines at the top of the Club Memberships page), there is no "submit" button. You should receive a confirmation email after you make changes.

Absolutely! You are able to select pick-up or shipping and change this anytime between shipments.

You certainly can! You can gift a membership that is ongoing, or one that expires after a set period time. Please contact us at wineclub@foxrunvineyards.com so we can build your gift membership for the lucky recipient!

By joining and receiving membership perks, you are committing to receive at least two club releases.

Of course! We host our “pickup weekends” during the month of each shipment that include food by Chef Brud Holland, time with our owners and winemaking team, and the chance to mingle with other members while tasting through the wines selected by our winemaking team. We also have a Wine Club members-only event each summer!

Club packs are fully customizable! If you don’t change your order during the customization period you will receive our suggested wines by default.
PICK-UP WEEKEND EVENT
We invite you to reserve your spot for our Wine Club pick-up weekend event at Fox Run Vineyards, taking place in our historic barrel room!
Indulge in the exclusive one-hour seating's where you'll be treated to delectable food and wine pairings expertly curated by our owners, winemakers, and dedicated staff. There will be three seating's available each day (11AM, 1PM, & 3PM). These intimate gatherings promise not just delightful flavors but also a chance to mingle with fellow wine enthusiasts.
-Dates: Friday, May 29, Saturday, May 30, and Sunday, May 31.
-Times: 11AM, 1PM, or 3PM
-Reservations required. Members are welcome to purchase tickets for guests as well!
