Library Tasting Series: Semi-Dry Riesling
Saturday, June 15, 2019, 4-6 PM
Join us for a unique tasting experience in our barrel room, showcasing one varietal over the course of several vintages. This practice of vertical tasting, or tasting through several different vintages of the same wine, allows you to explore the many ways that weather, winemaking, and age can all impact the final taste profile. We’re pulling some of the most delicious vintages of our Semi-Dry Riesling that are not available anywhere else! Taste through six different wines with six small bites of food and study the intricacies of each wine’s history.
Tickets are $45 per person + tax.
