Part-time, seasonal employment opportunities:
*Tasting Room/Café/ Events Staff–
Job responsibilities include: -Willingness to learn about Fox Run and our wines -Pouring and talking about wine-Work in a fast paced environment-Willing to work in the Tasting Room, Cafe, and help with events -Tour guide -Welcome visitors, offer suggestions, answer questions in a friendly, helpful manner-Tasting room/Cafe maintenance- stocking, cleaning-Ability to work well with a team as well as individually-Cafe: counter service, light food prep
Job responsibilities include:-Willing to learn and train under Finger Lakes renowned chef with 40 years of experience, Brud Holland -Take care of kitchen opening, food prep and rotation, closing and other side duties as directed by the Executive Chef & Café Manager-Managing the kitchen inventory of what is needed that day/week and ensuring supplies are fresh and of high quality and relaying to Café manager what needs to be ordered each week-Keeping the workstation and kitchen equipment clean, organized and sanitized-Some kitchen experience is preferred-Flexible hours and days (at least 20 hours a week)
