Food and Wine Experience
Enjoy a unique, personalized tour with a lunch focused on food and wine pairing. You’ll begin by sipping our welcome wine while you enjoy an in-depth tour of the vineyards and winemaking facility, which overlooks Seneca Lake. Following the tour, Chef Brud Holland will serve you a plate of five delicious bites alongside a flight of six incredible wines, including a dessert wine. Lunch will be served in our historic barrel room—a restored dairy barn from the 1800s. And Owners Scott or Ruth will join you for lunch. Fridays July-Oct., 11:30 AM. Tickets are $45 per person.
Tasting Blocks Dinner

Join us as Winemaker Peter Bell and Chef Brud Holland guide you through the building blocks of food and wine pairings. Each of the four courses will build upon the principles chefs and winemakers use when collaborating on food and wine pairing. Tickets are $75 per person (+ tax and gratuity). Reservations required 72 hours in advance. Reservations can be made online or by calling 315-536-4616. Each dish will be paired with a Fox Run wine, for a total of seven wines!
- Block 1- Cream puff with Four Fat Fowl’s triple cream, Brie-style cheese. Salad rolled in a Buckwheat crepe. NY Abundance potato w/ Duck Fat BBQ.
- Block 2- Square cut Scottish Highland beef strip with firm Polenta. Square cut Bison strip with soft Polenta.
- Block 3- Scottish Highland beef tenderloin with Cabernet Sauvignon mushroom sauce, and a vegetable and olive tapenade.
- Dessert- Chef’s special surprise!
The Town Pants Concert

To kick off the Garlic Festival, The Town Pants, an upbeat folk, rock and Celtic-inspired band comes straight from Vancouver, BC. Each year, the Town Pants draw thousands to Fox Run for a rockin’ outdoor concert that will have you jumping, grooving, and otherwise shaking-that-thing for days. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. No outside food or beverages, please. Bring your blankets and chairs if you’d like! The Pants will play, rain or shine. Food and beverages are available at 5 PM with music starting at 6 PM.
