Valentine’s Day Dinner- Tuesday, February 14, 2023 @ 6PM
Celebrate love at Fox Run! Enjoy a thoughtfully curated six-course dinner paired with six wines (including tank & barrel samples!) prepared by Chef Brud Holland in our historic barrel room. Each course delightfully harmonizes with Fox Run’s wines- a combination that is too good to resist.

Sweet potato pancake, arugula, house-made ricotta & cold smoked NYS steelhead trout; Lamb & spinach spanikopita; Mussels with roasted vegetables
Wine Pairing: 2017 Blanc de Blancs AND 2022 Cabernet Franc Rosé (tank sample)

Enjoy a unique, personalized tour with a lunch focused on food and wine pairing. You’ll begin by sipping our welcome wine on an in-depth walking tour (uphill) of the vineyards and winemaking facility, which overlooks Seneca Lake. Following the tour, join the owners and chef Brud Holland for a plate of seven delicious bites alongside a flight of seven incredible wines, including a dessert wine. This light lunch will be served in our historic barrel room – a dairy barn dating back to the 1800’s.
Please come prepared in case of inclement weather as part of this tour is outdoors (umbrellas, rain jacket, etc.). *Due to the nature of the menu, we are not able to accommodate any menu substitutions or dietary restrictions for this event.
