Join us for an immersive terroir driven gastronomy experience as we learn a deeper appreciation for wine through the eyes of the hive on Saturday, December 12th from 4–6pm. It will be led by local Master Beekeeper, WSET 3, and winemaker Connor Howley, founder, 3 generation beekeeper and owner of Howley Honey, who is now curating the hives at our very own Fox Run estate! Be the first to taste this year’s 2026 estate honey. Better yet let him show you the best way to pair it.

Connor will take you inside the hive with an in-depth honey and wine pairing to showcase not only how honey is made, but how we can understand the greater world of food around us, and explain why no two honeys or wines taste the same. You'll taste six different kinds of honeys, each paired alongside our wines, plus four bites featuring the best local ingredients.
