Join us as Winemaker Peter Bell & Chef Brud Holland guide you through the building blocks of food and wine pairings.
Each of the four courses will build upon the principles chefs and winemakers use when collaborating on food and wine pairings. Each course is served with a wine that enhances and showcases the intricate flavors of the meal. Fox Run’s winemaker and chef tell you just why that is, and give away their secrets to food and wine pairing.

Third Course: Double bison braciole- thin sliced bison steak stuffed with sweet onion bison sausage, and a Mushroom & tomato glaze. Served alongside duck fat roasted garlic potatoes // Cabernet Franc
Fourth Course: Grape tartlets, pumpkin cookies, & Muranda blue cheese with honeycomb // Tawny Port
Intimidated by the menu? Don't worry, the portions or blocks are perfectly sized so they can fill you up, but will not overwhelm you. **Due to the nature of this event, the menu cannot be altered for dietary restrictions.**
We do require a minimum of 10 seats reserved in order to host the dinner by Tuesday before the Friday event. There is a maximum of 30 seats available.

Fox Run Vineyards VIP Tour - Experience the magic of vine to wine. Cost is $100 per person plus tax (minimum of 2 people, a maximum of 10). The VIP Tour takes approximately 2 hours. Learn more HERE.
