Fox Run Café & Market

Fox Run Vineyards believes in serving food that is in-season and represents the region whenever possible. We take pride in providing high-quality foods from New York State businesses and farmers, and in knowing the people behind the products.

Open seasonally from April through December 10, the café offers a variety of menu items—from artisan cheese boards to hand-pulled bison tacos and seasonal salads, all crafted by Chef Brud Holland. Winemaker Peter Bell and Fox Run staff members carefully pair wines with each menu item. The pairings allow for a thoughtful focus on the flavors of the food and wine and how they complement each other.

The Café menu selections include fresh produce from Fox Run’s very own vegetable garden when available. We change our specials menu on a monthly basis, reflecting the produce available at that time. Gardener Todd Eichas tends the vegetables. He is also co-owner of New Vines Bed & Breakfast, located just up the road from the winery.

Wine and cheese boards

New York State cheeses, each specially selected and paired with a Fox Run wine. The boards include charcuterie, seasonal fruit, Stony Brook pepitas, fresh baked baguette, and something delicious to spread.

Cheeses included are from great NY producers such as: Lively Run, First Light Farms, Muranda Cheese Co., Jake's and more!

Option 1 - $22. We love this board because it showcases a variety of local cheeses with mild flavors.

Select a cheese from the case and we will prepare the board features to enjoy with it. This option does not include a wine flight. Ask about suggested wine pairings.

Flatbread Pizzas - $12

Pizzas are served with mixed greens and Riesling vinaigrette.
WHITE – Fresh minced garlic, Muranda Lady of the Lake cheese, and mozzarella and finished with house made pesto.
RED – House-made tomato sauce, topped with mozzarella and finished with house made pesto.
SEASONAL- seasonal toppings.
*Add Pepperoni to any pizza for an additional $2

On A Roll - $10

Local meat on a fresh baked roll, served with a side of mixed greens and Riesling vinaigrette. See the specials menu when you arrive.

FLX Tacos - $11

Two flour tortillas filled with hand-pulled Bison, lettuce, mozzarella cheese, and a side of salsa. Served with mixed greens and Riesling vinaigrette.

FLX Paté - $12

Our house-made paté is served with whole-grain Riesling mustard, pickled vegetables and fresh baked baguette.

Salad - $10

Check the specials board for the seasonal salad when you arrive. Served with fresh baked baguette and house-made Riesling vinaigrette or special seasonal dressing.

Mac & Cheese - $9

Made with Jake's smoked gouda and Hillcrest raw cheddar in garlic cream sauce. Served with mixed greens and Riesling vinaigrette.

Quiche - $9

Made with seasonal vegetables, Swiss cheese, and a side of mixed greens with Riesling vinaigrette. See the specials menu when you arrive.

Fox Run Signature Club- $10

Turkey, bacon, Maggie's microgreens, tomato, and potato aioli on a fresh baked roll. Served with mixed greens with Riesling vinaigrette.

FLX Bison Meat Loaf $14

Wild Side Ranch bison- A thick slab served with mashed Kennebec potatoes and trumpet mushroom gravy. Served with mixed greens with Riesling vinaigrette.

Soup- $5

Soup with mixed greens and Riesling vinaigrette. - $8
