Fox Run Café & Market
Fox Run Vineyards believes in serving food that is in-season and represents the region whenever possible. We take pride in providing high-quality foods from New York State businesses and farmers, and in knowing the people behind the products.
Open seasonally from April through December 31, the café offers a variety of menu items—from artisan cheese boards to hand-pulled bison tacos and seasonal salads, all crafted by Chef Brud Holland. Winemaker Peter Bell and Fox Run staff members carefully pair wines with each menu item. The pairings allow for a thoughtful focus on the flavors of the food and wine and how they complement each other.
The Café menu selections include fresh produce from Fox Run’s very own vegetable garden when available. We change our specials menu on a monthly basis, reflecting the produce available at that time. Gardener Todd Eichas tends the vegetables. He is also co-owner of New Vines Bed & Breakfast, located just up the road from the winery.

BREAD & SPREAD BOARD - $16Fresh baked baguette with a glorious selection of house-made hummus, jams, a vegetable tapenade, and locally pickled veggies.
FLATBREAD PIZZA - $12WHITE – Fresh minced garlic, Muranda Lady of the Lake cheese, and mozzarella and finished with house made pesto.
RED – House-made tomato sauce, topped with mozzarella and finished with house made pesto.

FLX TACODILLA - $11Two folded flour tortillas filled with taco seasoned bison and Razzle’s Choice cheese with a side of fresh salsa verde and sour cream.
FOX RUN SIGNATURE CLUB- $11Turkey, bacon, Maggie's microgreens, tomato, and potato aioli on a fresh baked roll.
PUB PRETZEL - $7Warm and soft baked pretzels brushed with garlic butter and sprinkled with salt, with a side of Riesling fondue.
MAC & CHEESE- $9Made with Jake's smoked gouda and Muranda's Aged British Cheddar in a garlic cream sauce, topped off with breadcrumbs. Served with a side of mixed greens with Riesling vinaigrette.
