Fox Run Vineyards believes in serving food that is in-season and represents the region whenever possible. We take pride in providing high-quality foods from New York State businesses and farmers, and in knowing the people behind the products.
Open seasonally from April through December 31, the café offers a variety of menu items—from artisan cheese boards to hand-pulled bison tacos and seasonal salads, all crafted by Chef Brud Holland. Winemaker Peter Bell and Fox Run staff members carefully pair wines with each menu item. The pairings allow for a thoughtful focus on the flavors of the food and wine and how they complement each other.
