Wine Club Guidelines and General Information:

• $50 per shipment (includes shipping/does not include tax).
• Shipments will be charged to the credit card account and address on file.
• Cancellation requests must be received 30 days prior to ship date - this will remove you from the Wine Club ending your Wine Club benefits.
• New members may only cancel their Wine Club membership after the first shipment.
• E-mail notification will be sent by club director prior to shipping with estimated ship date.
• Members must keep current their shipping address, e-mail address, and credit card information to avoid misdirected and/or late shipments.
• Members may elect to pick up the shipment from the winery and should communicate request for pick-up at least seven days prior to ship date, otherwise it will be shipped.
• Members who pick up their wine must sign for it at time of pick up and are required do so within 30 days of ship date unless prior arrangements have been made.
• If an order fails to be processed, the Fox Run will make three attempts to contact the member to update the account. The membership is cancelled after 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact the member.
• Winery management reserves the right to make changes to membership guidelines as necessary.

We utilize FedEx to ship to these 30 states: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Virginia, California, Illinois, Minnesota, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Iowa, Missouri, New York, Rhode Island, Washington D.C., Delaware, Kansas, Nevada, North Carolina, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Florida, Louisiana, New Hampshire, Ohio, Texas, Wyoming.
